A $100 deposit is required to secure your virtual consultation. If you decide not to proceed with a treatment at WAVE after the consultation, you will receive a refund or a credit towards your WAVE account. If you wish to proceed, the deposit will be applied towards your treatment.
However, if you schedule a virtual or in-office consultation for a surgical procedure with one of our plastic surgeons, a surgeon consult fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable but can be used as a credit for future treatments or retail product purchases. If you have any questions, please call us at 888-674-3001.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to accommodate for additional screenings. We offer a 15-minute grace period, please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. In addition, you will also be charged a $100 late fee.
